11. Duration of data processing

Grundsätzlich verarbeiten wir Ihre Daten nur so lange, wie wir dafür eine Rechtsgrundlage haben. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt permanent, solange Sie die App nutzen bzw. bis Sie Ihre Einwilligung zur Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten widerrufen. Ab dem Tag des Widerrufs werden Ihre Daten für die weitere Verarbeitung gesperrt, aber noch für 3 Jahre gespeichert. Die Frist beginnt mit dem Ende des Kalenderjahres, in welchem Sie Ihre Einwilligung widerrufen haben. Dies geschieht zur Wahrung unserer berechtigten Interessen zur eventuellen Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen in Anwendung von Art. 17 Abs. 3 lit. e DSGVO in Verbindung mit § 195 BGB. Nach Ablauf der vorgenannten Frist werden Ihre Daten vollständig und unwiderruflich gelöscht.
